We accept UPI, Google Pay (GPay), bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD), subject to confirmation for your specific order.

Yes. The COD charge is 5% of the total order amount, including shipping, rounded to the nearest whole rupee, with a minimum charge of ₹30. Our team will confirm the applicable charge and final amount payable before your order is confirmed.

Change requests are considered case by case, depending on the circumstances and preparation status. Cancellation is permitted only before preparation or packing begins. Please contact our team as soon as possible. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Amritsar, Punjab is our standard delivery area. In certain special cases, delivery to other locations may be arranged, subject to confirmation. Additional delivery or shipping fees may apply.

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@dryfruitonline.in. Include your order number, photographs and/or an unboxing video where available, and a description of the issue. Review our Refund & Return Policy for the full reporting requirements.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, approved refunds are made by bank transfer after the required bank details are submitted, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
